Feed mills

Feed mills are dedicated to big farmers or specialized farms that would like to produce their own feed (mash and pellet). In our offer you can find feed mills with capacity from 3 t/h up to 60 t/h with basic equipment or fully automatic versions with production process monitoring.

Biogas plant

Energy production in biogas plant refers to acceleration of natural cycle of matter.

Examples of input components:

  • owastes from agricultural production (slurry, manure),
  • energetic plants (CCM, grasses),
  • wastes from restaurants, canteens, food shows,
  • wastes from ford processing industry,
  • wastes from slaughter houses,
  • sludge and slurry drained from sewage treatment plants.

Energetic plants and other organic components are decomposed thus producing biogas – flammable gas mixture which main component is methane.

Organic components like grain, corn or slurry are delivered into fermentation tank where are decomposed by bacteria in optimal environment conditions with no air access. The gas resulting from this fermentation is filtered and cleaned from sulfur. Biogas is usually converted into electrical energy and heat. The waste occurring after fermentation can be used on fields as a high class replacement for mineral fertilizers.
